Shipping & Refunds

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and packaged within 1–5 business days. (Our candles are handmade, and each piece requires time to produce. During periods of low stock, additional candles must be made, which can result in longer processing times.)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and amount of product.
For Netherlands –> FREE SHIPPING above 150€
For Europe –> FREE SHIPPING above 160€
For US and UK –> FREE SHIPPING above 180€

Tracking Orders
It can take up to 4 days to send your order. After placing an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Order Changes
If you desire to modify your order, email us immediately with your order number. We will inform you if changes are possible.

Order Shipping
EU deliveries may take up to 7 working days to ship. UK, US, and international orders may take 2 weeks or more. Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, customs processing, or holidays.

Refunds

Currently, we do not offer refunds. Products are described and photographed accurately. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to returns, with any associated fees borne by the customer.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos. We will contact the shipping company for a refund.

Import Fees
Please note that additional import fees, customs duties, or taxes may apply when receiving your order, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.

Delivery Responsability
Items will be delivered within the agreed timeframe or, if none is specified, within 30 days. If you or your recipient fail to accept delivery, additional redelivery fees may apply. Once received, the item is your responsibility. Any changes to delivery arrangements with the courier release BOONS WORLD Store from liability.

Lost Orders
An order can only be considered lost if it has not been received within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us if your order is missing.

Returns and Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing hello@boonsworld.com, providing a reason. If the order has shipped, a refund is not possible. Report any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs and a detailed explanation to hello@boonsworld.com. Damages reported after this timeframe will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Product descriptions are available under each item. Handmade items may have slight variations. For custom orders, ensure accuracy as BOONS WORLD Store is not responsible for incorrect information. Availability may change; if an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

Complaints & Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with your order, contact BOONS WORLD wihtin 24h in writing. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, including item prices and shipping costs.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To order, provide your name, address, and contact details. By completing the checkout process, you place an order with BOONS WORLD Store. Please review your order for errors; contact us if you notice any. You will receive an order acknowledgment, and a dispatch confirmation when your order is shipped. Orders may be rejected for several reasons, including stock unavailability, payment authorization issues, pricing mistakes, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
